Karla, a Registered Dietitian, and Laura, a personal chef, co-teach this engaging evening taking you from textbook to table. You will literally taste their teaching working with them to prepare a tasty one bowl dinner. Equally important as the food, these busy career moms will share their own practical tips and techniques for incorporating healthy eating into your family’s unique tastes, needs & busy lifestyle.

The massage therapy room was built from native marble already on site and bricks donated by residents of Kendrick Place, the 1916 row house condominiums in downtown Knoxville. Candles and other soft lighting enhance the ambiance of the grotto-like space.
